Lesson lengths and prices
Lessons take place on Google Meet. Trials cost US$10 for 25 minutes or US$20 for 50 minutes. Regular lessons cost US$17.50 for 25 minutes or US$35 for 50 minutes at the standard rate. Personally agreed rates are shown before payment.
Choose any whole number from 1 to 28 credits per purchase. One credit covers 50 minutes; half a credit covers 25 minutes. Every purchase is a one-time payment. There is no automatic renewal or required 28-day purchase cycle.
Booking
Book trials at least 12 hours ahead, and regular lessons at least 2 hours ahead. The full lesson must fit within available teaching hours. Time-off periods and existing bookings cannot be booked.
Changes at least 8 hours before class
You can cancel or reschedule a trial or regular lesson free of charge with at least 8 hours’ notice. There is no one-change limit for these early requests. A cancelled regular lesson returns its allocated credits. New times are subject to availability.
Changes less than 8 hours before class
Ongoing package students have one complimentary late cancellation or reschedule in total. It never resets with additional purchases and excludes trial lessons. After it has been used, further changes less than 8 hours before class are unavailable. Missed regular lessons are charged according to their length.
Trial lessons: one free late reschedule
Life happens. This policy gives you room for an unexpected change while respecting the time we have both set aside.
With less than 8 hours’ notice, each student may reschedule a trial free of charge once, provided the request is made before the lesson starts. Your original payment stays with that trial and carries over to the new time; it does not create an additional trial.
Late cancellations are charged in full. After the free late reschedule has been used, further changes with less than 8 hours’ notice are unavailable and the original booking remains chargeable. Missed trials are charged in full.
This trial allowance is separate from the one-time late-change exception for ongoing regular lessons. It does not reset if you buy another trial. Contact William through the contact form or email to arrange changes. Times are subject to availability.
If William cancels
I aim to give at least 12 hours' notice. If I cancel or miss a lesson, its credit is retained or returned for rebooking, even when notice is shorter. Your late-change exception is not used. A teacher-cancelled trial remains available for rebooking.
Unused credits and weekly times
Unused credits remain available. Plan up to 7 lessons per week, subject to availability. William manually tracks lesson credits, renewal reminders, cancellations and refunds. Fixed weekly reservations depend on availability and sufficient credits. William may release unpaid reservations manually if credits are insufficient. Confirmed lessons stay booked.
Refunds
You may request a refund for unused credits by emailing 3303893189@qq.com. The amount uses the original price paid for unused credits in each purchase. Completed lessons and correctly charged late cancellations or missed lessons are not unused credits.
Refunded credits cannot also be used to book or attend lessons. Contact William to request a refund through the original payment; older payments may need another agreed method.
